Reservations

By using this Website to make reservations with a Property, you agree to be bound by all of such Property’s standard terms and conditions and by any other policies, terms and conditions that may apply.

By using this Website to make reservations, you hereby authorize the Property to collect and process your name, contact details, and payment information solely for the purpose of fulfilling your reservation.

This website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. The Property therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience.

You may only make reservations through this Website for yourself and your guests. If you intend to book more than nine (9) rooms at the Property for the same period of stay on behalf of one or more guests, you must contact the Property directly to make the reservation. You are prohibited from using this Website for the purposes of reselling, posting, advertising or marketing reservations (whether online or otherwise) to third parties including online agents, third-party owned websites, or travel agents.

The Property reserves the right to require proper proof of identity (e.g. passports or national identity cards) from all persons checking in. The Property has the absolute discretion to refuse to check in if the identity does not match with the person mentioned in your reservation or if anyone refuses to provide the requisite proof of identity to the Property. We reserve the right to cancel or modify at our sole discretion any reservations that have been made in breach of the Terms and Conditions or for false, fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy of any reservation may vary depending on the room rates, occupancy levels, availability or other Property requirements. The cancellation policy will normally be provided to you along with the confirmation of your reservation. Any cancellation of your reservation through this Website must comply with the cancellation policy applicable to the reservation.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is our standard cancellation policy that in the event of a cancellation of your guaranteed reservation less than 24 hours prior to 6:00 pm of your scheduled arrival date (according to the local property time), or in case you fail to show up without a valid reason, the Property has the right to debit a one-night cancellation charge and any associated service fees, taxes and other charges as required by applicable laws and regulations, from the credit/debit card provided to secure the reservation and/or saved in your account.

For special rate product offers, additional cancellation terms published on the offer booking page will apply. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the special rate product offer terms and the standard terms, the special rate product offer terms shall prevail.

Credit and Debit Cards

Guests are required to provide valid payment card details—including the cardholder’s full name, card number, expiry date, card type, and verification details—solely for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual obligations of your booking, guaranteeing your reservation, and processing payments. The Property reserves the right to validate this information prior to confirming a booking. No charges will be made at the time of reservation unless prepayment, advance purchase, deposit, or a specific cancellation/no-show condition is stated in the confirmed booking terms.

The Property may place a temporary hold (pre-authorization) on a credit or debit card to secure charges for the room, incidentals, deposits, the estimated total stay amount, and applicable taxes/service charges. This processing is necessary for the performance of the contract to which you are a party. The release of the hold is subject to the cardholder’s issuing bank’s policies and processing timelines.

By providing card details, you provide your specific and informed consent for the Property to process this sensitive personal information and charge the card for: confirmed room charges, prepaid/advance purchase bookings, applicable taxes and service charges, cancellation fees, no-show fees, outstanding balances, and any damages or additional charges incurred during the stay, all in accordance with the confirmed reservation terms.

Card payment refunds, where applicable, will be processed within the Property’s standard internal processing timeframe. The actual posting time to the cardholder’s account is dependent on the policies and processing time of the issuing bank. The Property is not responsible for any bank charges, foreign transaction fees, or processing fees imposed by the card issuer.

The Property strictly protects all personal and payment information as sensitive personal information in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Cardholder information is used solely for legitimate business transactions related to Property services and is protected by reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards against unauthorized access or disclosure. Your card information is retained only for as long as necessary for transaction verification, the fulfillment of the booking purpose, or the establishment or defense of legal claims. You maintain your rights as a data subject, including the right to access, correct, or object to the processing of this information at any time.

Payment

Where applicable, you may charge the purchase of goods and services including airport shuttle arrangements, spa services or other activities to your room during your stay. You are personally liable for the full payment of all such charges which may include any applicable service charges, duties, taxes, or tariffs. You are required to pay and settle all such charges fully upon receipt of the folio during check-out.

All payments made by you are subject to your respective bank’s charges for foreign transaction fees, where applicable. Additional foreign exchange fees may also apply if any other currency, which is not from your originating issued card’s country, is selected to be charged.

If you choose to check out of the Property without settling your bill in full, you expressly and irrevocably authorize us to charge to your credit/ debit card, which was used at the time of check-in, provided to secure your reservation, or saved in your account (whichever is available), all charges you and your guests may have incurred including any damage or loss caused by you or your guests to the Property during your stay.

Rockwellist

Aruga Rockwellist Stays are overnight stays at Aruga Apartments by Rockwell redeemable using Rockwellist points following the established point system.

Eligibility and Redemption

Each Rockwellist member may redeem a maximum of two (2) Aruga Rockwellist Stays per calendar month. Blackout Dates (December 24, 25, 30, and 31) apply.
Redemption is limited to either two (2) separate 1-night booking or one (1) consecutive 2-night booking, regardless of room type.
Aruga’s additional services (e.g. massage services, food & beverages, parking, etc.) cannot be redeemed using Rockwellist points.
Aruga Rockwellist Stays are non-transferable and reservations made must be under the Rockwellist member’s name.
Redeemable overnight stays for eligible Rockwellist members according to the following point system:

1BR Suite: 15,000 points
2BR Suite: 25,000 points

Reservation Process

An advance reservation of at least 72 hours prior to arrival date is required to redeem an Aruga stay using Rockwellist points.
Members must place their request through the Rockwellist app ‘Stays’ button to process their reservation. An email prompt will be received both by the member and the Aruga team once the request has been submitted.
An email from [email protected] indicating their confirmation number will be received by the guest once their booking has been confirmed.

Point and Promotion Rules

Aruga Rockwellist Stays do not earn Rockwellist points.
The redemption cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions or offers.

Modification and Cancellation

To reinstate redeemed points, any modifications or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date.
Points will be forfeited for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival.

Terms and Conditions for Rockwellist Points Earning with Aruga

Rockwellist members can earn points for every completed Aruga stay depending on the room type booked. Each room type earns equivalent points per night. By joining the Rockwellist program, you consent to the processing of your stay history for point calculation and personalized offers. You have the right to object to this profiling at any time.

The application of points is applicable only for bookings made via Aruga’s official website and direct channels (walk-in, phone in, email, SMS/Viber/Whatsapp)

Bookings made using corporate, wholesale, long stay, and other similar contracted rates are not eligible to earn Rockwellist points.

Aruga Rockwellist points are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered guest.

Rockwellist points for bookings of Rockwellist Member made directly with the property or the Aruga website:

Studio Deluxe – 30 points
One Bedroom Premier – 35 points
One Bedroom Suite – 40 points
One Bedroom Executive Suite – 45 points
Two Bedroom Suite – 60 points
Two Bedroom Executive Suite – 65 points

These terms and conditions apply to Rockwellist only. Rockwellist are subject to Rockwell Hotels and Leisure Management Corporation Terms and Conditions. Any terms that are not specified herein are set out in the Rockwellist Terms.

Liability

Except as otherwise provided under applicable laws, neither Aruga Apartments by Rockwell nor its corporate affiliates, nor the directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, successors or assigns of each, shall be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of or related to the use of this website or any other website linked to this website. This limitation of liability applies to direct, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or other damages you or others may suffer, as well as damages for lost profits, business interruption or the loss of data or information, even if Aruga Apartments by Rockwell is notified in advance of the potential for any such damages.

Valuables

You are advised not to bring expensive jewellery, precious goods or excessive amounts of cash onto the Property premises and you do so at your own risk. While the Property maintains reasonable security measures, it is not intended as a high-security facility for the storage of expensive jewelry, precious items, or large amounts of cash. Please ensure that all items of value are always stored securely and not left unattended. Safety deposit boxes are available for your use. To the extent permissible by law, we will not be liable for any loss of or damage to any property brought onto the Property’s premises. In the event that we are found to be liable for any such loss or damage, we shall not be liable for such loss and damage to an amount exceeding the statutory limitation available under the applicable local laws and regulations.

Lost and Found Policy

The Property may, at its sole discretion, agree to store guest property as a courtesy only. Guests are expressly advised not to deposit items of high value, including but not limited to cash, jewelry, electronic devices, or important documents. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Property assumes no responsibility or liability for any loss of, damage to, or deterioration of stored items, whether occurring during storage, handling, or transit. Any property not claimed within thirty (30) days from the date of storage shall be deemed abandoned and may be disposed of, sold, or otherwise handled at the Property’s discretion, unless a written long-term storage agreement has been approved in advance and all applicable fees have been paid.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality and security of the personal data you provide to us or that we otherwise collect about you when you use this Website. How we collect, use and disclose your personal data (including sensitive personal data (where applicable) and overseas transfers of your personal data) is set out in our Privacy Policy found here. Property Policy

By making reservations with any Property, you agree to comply with and be bound by all house rules, regulations, disclaimers, waivers of liability, and policies as prescribed by the Property from time to time; all reasonable directions, orders and/or instructions imposed by the Property; and all applicable local laws and regulations of the country where the Property is located during your stay.

You are required to comply with the Property’s rules and regulations relating to the use of any of the Property’s facilities, equipment and services such as swimming pools, gymnasiums, fitness instructors, and fitness equipment. The use of these facilities, equipment and services are entirely at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any personal injury or loss or damage to property caused to any person arising from or in connection with your use of the Property’s facilities, equipment and services.

For safety, security and housekeeping reasons, the Property reserves the right to enter a guest room at least once a day even if the “Moment of Privacy ” sign is placed.

Your non-compliance of any of the above will constitute a breach of the Terms and Conditions. In such an event, the Property reserves the right to take all necessary action, including without limitation the actions set out in “Consequences of Non-Compliance” above, requiring you to leave the Property with no compensation and/or seeking compensation for loss suffered by the Property.
Nothing contained in the Terms and Conditions shall constitute a waiver by the Property or shall compromise the Property’s rights to rely on and enforce all statutory limitations, defences and powers available to it under local laws and regulations.

Governing Law

Except to the extent that other laws are applicable to you during your stay and that such application cannot be waived or altered by contract, the Term and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without giving effect to conflicts of laws, rules or principles.

Amendment of the Terms and Conditions

The Property may amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Website after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions or any revised version of the Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Website.

Miscellaneous

We retain our right to exercise or enforce any right contained in the Terms and Conditions. In the event that we fail to take action, it shall not be deemed as a waiver of our right or prevent us from taking subsequent action in respect of that right or of any other right.

In the event of any provision of the Terms and Conditions being found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the other provisions of the Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions are written in the English language and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and the translated version of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail
