Aruga by Rockwell’s Safety Protocols in light of COVID-19

 To all guests and patrons, we would like to take this opportunity to share with you the safety measures we are implementing at Aruga by Rockwell in light of the COVID-19 pandemic and the extension of the Enhanced Community Quarantine. We will continue extensive measures meant to mitigate if not prevent risks of inadvertent infection. These measures include the following:

  • Continued daily sanitizing of all high traffic areas such as lobbies and elevators
  • Periodic misting of lobbies, landings, F&B outlet and hallways with industrial grade disinfectants
  • Continued mandatory temperature checks at building entrances
  • Mandatory sanitizing of hands upon entry
  • Provision of alcohol/sanitizers in all entrances and key common areas
  • Observing social distancing in carrying out services and implementing the same in contained areas like our elevators
  • Wearing of gloves and masks by all our Security and Housekeeping personnel
  • Engineering, Housekeeping and Security teams will be available on site 24/7

With the declaration of Code Red Sub-Level 2 resulting to the enhanced community quarantine of the NCR, we are implementing the following protocols for the welfare of our employees and guests:

  • Adjusted Operating Hours:
    • Front Desk & Guest Services – 7:00 am to 8:00 pm daily
    • Aruga Cafe – serving breakfast only, order should be a day before, for pick up at 8:00 am the following morning
    • Power Plant Mall Tunnel Access: open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm daily
  • Temporary Suspension of Services & Facilities until further notice:
    • Laundry Service
    • Transportation Service
    • Golf Cart / Buggy and Aruga Van Service
    • In Room Massage Service
    • Swimming pool
    • Fitness Gym
    • Edades Function Room
    • All church services at the Power Plant Mall’s Chapel
  • Changes in Housekeeping Service:
    • Room Cleaning – upon-request basis between 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Please practice social distancing in the rooms by maintaining a 6 feet distance between persons or leave your room for an hour until the cleaning is completed.  Kindly dial “0” for Guest Services to inform us of your preferred daily cleaning time or for the entire duration of your stay.
    • Other requests – Please communicate other requests to Guest Service at ext. 0 via phone call only. Room Attendants will limit interactions with guests on the floors.
