1. This special rate is valid for stay dates from March 20 to April 5, 2026.. Booking period is from March 1 to 27, 2026. No minimum nights required.

2. Rockwellist points to be issued are based on the room type and total nights booked. This will be processed by Guest Services upon check-out.

3. Access to the Rockwell Club’s amenities must be booked through Guest Services at least one (1) day in advance.

4. Standard check in time is at 3PM and check out time is at 12NN. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and applicable fees.

5. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010, whichever is higher. Senior Citizens and PWDs are eligible for VAT-exemption (12%) for a maximum of one (1) room at a time. Valid Senior Citizen or PWD ID must be presented at check-in along with another valid ID to avail of the privilege.

6. All guests, companions, and visitors, must present identification upon arrival for security purposes. Both guests and visitors are also expected to follow the building’s house rules at all times while within the property premises.

7. The property reserves the right to adjust its policies, including modification or cancellation of bookings, to comply with guidelines imposed by the government and other regulatory agencies.
